Presently you will find pages with the purpose of creating topics, accepting your comments, and that other members can also view and comment on. This could be used for instance, for drawing together users interested in forming a SIG, for asking for help of fellow members about a particular problem, for gaining consensus on a particular issue, etc., etc.
We are just now learning how to manage this facility, but it appears to be very stable, with a lot of flexibility. You can access SMF at URL http://rbccconline.org/index.php . In order to post your comments you must register (not too intrusive).
If you run into situations that don't make sense, after looking at the documentation, feel free to send an e-mail to us webmasters (see bottom of this page). Problems you have might be ones caused by our not choosing appropriate parameters, so you shouldn't beat your head against a stone wall before crying "help."
